Description:     MiniChamps will be taught on a 36’ court with mini nets. Red tennis balls will be used to learn basic ground stroke skills with proper technique.  A combination of games and drills will be used for kids to develop footwork and hand-eye coordination.

Description:    Champs will be taught on the 60’ court and use orange tennis balls. This class is for kids still developing correct technique for all their shots (forehand, backhand, serves and volleys).  They will also learn scoring, court positioning, tennis etiquette, etc. Games will be used to teach consistency and shot placement in a fun and friendly environment.  Players will have the opportunity to focus on serves and match play on Fridays.

Description:    Elite Champs will be taught on the 60’ court and will be transitioning from orange tennis balls to green dot tennis balls. Kids in this group can hit 40-60 ball rallies with their coach and have already played in tournaments.  Focus will be learning game situations, control of the point, mental toughness and shot control. Players will have the opportunity to focus on serves and match play.

Time:   Mon, Tues, Thurs    5:30-7:00pm Friday (Match Play 4:00-5:30pm)

Description:     Contenders are taught on the full court with yellow tennis balls. Focus will include mental, physical, and strategic parts of the game. Conditioning, court theory, and specialty shots (drop shots, top spin lob, etc.) are included. Players will have the opportunity to focus on serves and match play on Fridays.

Description:    Elite Contenders are tournament players and high school team players. Conditioning, court strategy and pattern play are a few things taught in this class. Serves and serve returns are also an emphasis. Elite players will play over net extenders for long periods of time to ensure depth and consistency. Players will have the opportunity to focus on serves and match play on Fridays.
